We are a UK fulfilment service committed to delivering the highest warehousing standards for our customers; our industry accreditations are proof of that commitment. All of our warehouses are AA BRC Global Standards Certified for Storage and Distribution, which means that our facilities, processes and procedures have been awarded the highest level of quality by BRC.
Invo Fulfilment is a member of the UK warehousing association, and we are ISO 9001:2015 certified too. These standards are designed to protect and safeguard customers and are only awarded to warehouse fulfilment businesses that operate under strict industry guidelines.
Our business was founded on delivering a world-class customer experience, and we are known for our straightforward and trusted service. It is our mission to exceed our customer’s expectations, and our accreditations support that ambition.
BRC Global Standards were created in 1996 to connect and protect the global supply chain. Today the BRC is recognised as a world leader in safety and quality assurance and is respected across the UK food and beverage industry.
Today the scope of BRC has grown to include packaging and distribution, offering supply chain safety and integrity in the warehouse and logistics sector. This is particularly important in the food industry when a robust supply chain is an essential part of maintaining health and safety standards.
BRC Certification is only awarded to fulfilment centres that have the right facilities, processes and procedures in place. Invo Fulfilment has the highest AA grade across all of our sites, so you can have confidence that we operate our warehouses under the strictest levels of safety and security.

Invo Fulfilment is Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) Bronze. Because we are certified as a multi-operating centre, it means that our entire fleet of vehicles and all of our sites have met FORS stringent operating conditions.
In order to gain a Bronze accreditation, three key areas are audited; vehicles, drivers and operations. Evidence of systems, procedures and documentation must be provided in each area to achieve a Bronze FORS certificate. In practice, this means that;
Our vehicle fleet is routinely checked and maintained to ensure serviceability and roadworthiness at all times, and we hold all regulatory licences and permits relevant to our fleet operations. Vehicle details, including VRMs, VINs, tax and MOT records, have been uploaded and approved by the FORS fleet register. Records of inspection and maintenance work are also kept, including safety inspections, tyre management and vehicle safety equipment. This means that when you use Invo Fulfilment as your distribution partner, you know that our vehicles are fit for purpose.
The driving licence of FORS Bronze registered drivers will have met all validity checks, including expiry dates, categories, endorsements and restrictions. These will also be regularly updated at least every six months to check they are compliant. Our driving standards policy promotes legal, safe and professional behaviour and includes our staff induction policy and professional development plans for all staff. Other key driver records include eyesight checks, working time and tachograph readings.
Our records and risk assessments align with best practices and include; distances driven, fuel used, emissions, and safe loading weights. Safety and security are central to our operations; our Bronze FORS certificate helps us demonstrate that commitment.
