Investors in People (IIP) have shortlisted Involvement, Invo Fulfilment’s parent company, for two awards this year. This comes on the back of the group’s Platinum certification, an accolade shared by only 7% of IIP businesses.
2025 marks the 12th annual IIP awards. The ceremony celebrates the positive impact that supporting and investing in your workforce can have. A valued, motivated team boosts customer satisfaction and loyalty. This, in turn, increases the profitability and resilience of a business.
It’s a sentiment that resonates with our CEO, Arjen Cooper-Rolfe,
“We are very clear that in the current climate of challenge and uncertainty, our people are our greatest asset. The better we can make our team, the better we can serve our customers.”
Employee empowerment runs deep in Involvement, so it is fitting that the group’s nominations are in the “Best Culture” and “UK Employer of the Year” categories. The coaching academy gives everyone in the business the chance to learn and grow. Teams are encouraged to find and act on those 1% improvements that can make a real operational difference.
It’s a way of working that has clearly resonated with the Investors in People awards panel, whose mission is to “Make Work Better.” As Arjen explains,
“I believe that no matter the size or resources of your organisation, you can operate at the very highest level. It’s amazing what can be achieved with effort, commitment and taking a leap of faith.”
